How do I deposit with a receipt?+
Choose New deposit, enter an amount, and select a payment type and network. Copy the displayed wallet instructions, then continue to submit a unique transaction reference and a PNG, JPEG, or WebP receipt. Admin approval is required before credit.
Who can view my deposit receipt?+
Only the signed-in owner of the deposit and staff administrators can open the receipt. The receipt files are not publicly served through the media URL.
Is the displayed return daily?+
No. The displayed percentage is the total demo return over the full duration of the position. It is not compounded daily.
Where can I track active investments?+
Open Active investments in the workspace menu. Each card shows capital, progress, expiry, and the projected payout. You can filter active and settled positions.
Can I withdraw cryptocurrency?+
This local edition lets you save, edit, and remove destination wallets. It does not transfer cryptocurrency or broadcast withdrawal transactions.
What does mining hash power mean here?+
It is a descriptive demo setting on a mining contract. No hardware or mining pool is connected, and the displayed contract return is configured by an administrator.
What happens when the app is stopped?+
The scheduler cannot run while the app is stopped. Overdue positions settle when the worker starts again. Settlement is designed to credit each position once.
What if an administrator changes a plan?+
Existing allocations retain their original percentage, probability, loss terms, and expiry. Edits apply to new positions.
How do referral rewards work?+
If a member registers with your username as their referrer, you receive the configured percentage when that member’s deposit is approved. The percentage in effect at approval is used.
